Elon Musk, founder and CEO of automaker Tesla Inc, on Friday wrote on Twitter that the company will enter the Indian market “next year for sure”.
Mr Musk was responding to a tweet featuring photos of a T-shirt with the messages ‘India wants Tesla’ and ‘India loves Tesla’.
Responding to another tweet in which a Twitter account said they had been waiting for the news for years, Mr Musk added, “Thank you for waiting!”
However, this is not the first time that the king of Tesla has targeted an Indian market.
